What's on MY mind?

Right now, what is on my mind is that it would be much easier to bike around town if I were 20 pounds lighter .... oh, yeah, and easier to hike 20 pounds lighter ... and my clothes would fit better if i were 20 pounds lighter ... and I'd feel better about myself if I were 20 pounds lighter ....

So, I need to just do it (AGAIN) ... I need to set that very attainable goal, and work towards it every day. Keep my eye on the prize and get back to that weight.
