Day Four

Today has been a pretty good day. I have a bunch of calories left for dinner and evening snacking. I've been exercising. I did the 11-minute seated cardio workout from this site (phew! it wore me out!) and went for a walk with the kid. It was only like 10 minutes but after the workout earlier, my body is a bit sore! I was thinking about using the glider later but I think I might just be happy with what I've already done today.

    And it is no fun helping to build a snow fort if no "fun" can be had in it. I'm sure you and your roommate will have fun with it though! LOL!

    I'm glad to see you here and blogging along :)

    I like company on my sparkpeople hehehe. The social aspect of it is a big deal to me (as well as accountability, if you see me slacking call me out on it!)

    If you find yourself bored and with full of extra energy you could come over and help me build a snow fort! I've started already. Can't wait for the roomie to get back from snow blowing his gramma's house. I've built a pile of snow balls. Muahahahahaha

    All sillies aside nice pictures though.
    Go ahead a do the glider for a few. One thing I regret is not doing more. Even if you don't that is an awesome day!
