3/9 and 3/10 checklist

[Quite late, I know, I was exhausted after yesterday's race and had to go to bed early anyway because of today's race and DST, plus I just completely forgot.]

Day Six
Did I stick to proper portions? Yes, I did.

Did I do a morning run or yoga in the morning? I ran a 5K, I'm pretty sure that counts.

Day Seven
Did I stick to proper portions? Yes, although I went about 30 calories over my goal. Oops.

Did I do a morning run or yoga? I ran another 5K. And then two more miles on top of that this afternoon. So, yes. Yoga tomorrow morning if my body's not too sore to move.

    I think only going over by 30 calories is pretty good considering all the running you did for the weekend! I'd been trying to chew my arm off after all that! Great job on those back to back 5Ks!
