Floss and Brush!

My meals are great! I plan very well-rounded meals - just the right calories, carbs, fats, protein. and plenty of fiber!!
It's what I eat after my meals that's throwing my nutritional tracking numbers all out of "whack"!!! So today, after breakfast, I flossed then brushed my teeth - not a single snack pang all morning and now it's time for lunch! I'm not opposed to snacks, so when I do have a healthy snack, it'll be back to the floss and brush.
Hmmmm... This could be could for my snack attacks and dental health :)
