so, I've been going to Weight Watchers since 2011. I took a few months off last year, and started again this year. The whole time, I've been approximately 1.5 miles from the meeting location. Yesterday, after literally years of thinking to myself that I should get up a little earlier and walk to the meeting location, I finally did just that yesterday morning. I was rewarded with a 3.6lb loss for the week, 12 lbs total, and I'm about 1 pound away from my 5% loss. I was just hoping to finally break through 10 lbs lost, so I'm ecstatic!

I plan to walk to WW every week, as long as it's still at that same location (they're moving soon)! It's about 3 miles round trip. Now I just need to plan activity for the rest of the days. LOL
