Hey what is up with you? You have been eating all that high calorie junk? Why did you buy it? Nothing is as good as being healthy feels. You Know that candy should not be a daily thing. You should not be going to the candy store every week, that should just be for special days and Friday is not so special.

Hey what is with this not doing your strength training and exercise videos? What have you become a lazy butt? No you are not!! You are strong and can easily get up early and knock off a good work out every day. You can do more then just ride your exercise bike 30 minutes and walk to the coffee shop. Get back in gear Lady, you can do it you are strong and getting healthier every day.

You have done some great things in your life. One was going from a size 20 to a 10. So what you are in a 12 now, you can get back on track and be a 10 again or less. You can do it Lady you know how.
