Starting over

For the past 2 weeks I was coughing on and off, day and night. I slept badly, waking up constantly to cough out sputum. I cough so much that a part of my rib cage muscles hurt whenever I try to turnaround or lift something with my right arm. It was torture. I just wasn't into exercising during that time. I put 4 pounds back on. But I finally realised that I should love my body because it let me live my life (not only when it look a certain way), and the full impact of good-quality sleep. In the past, I tend to sacrifice sleep for work and workouts, I know.

I felt better today and opened my mailbox to find a 6-minute glutes n thighs workout video from Couch Nicole. I thought, why not start-over now? So I stood up and started the video on the spot. And I was glad that I did. What a good way to celebrate recovery.

    Found your blog run up on the team site. Glad you're feeling better and working out that butt! One of my personal goals is to get a better butt, because once that is tone, the rest of the body should follow. Congrats with your celebration!
