...but the weather was too good to pass up so I took a nice fat break and the hubs and I went for a long walk by the water.

Also, I finally mapped out my walk to and from work from the bus stop and it's about a half mile each way. This means I'll be walking a total of a mile each day without taking into account other exercises. That's not bad. And then I plan to have a nice long workout on Fridays and probably a walk with hubs on Saturdays. This will be a good rotation for me.

Well, I have to figure out how to cram another article into my now-31 page paper so I'll be signing off. I'd like to get some weights done but sadly, school comes first and as I start a new rotation on Monday, I have a pile of things to read up about before then...(and I'd best brush off my neurology skills before Monday as well...here's to hoping they ease me in a bit, I'm not sure I'm ready to be thrown in to the deep end of this rotation.)
