    Yeah if I have a bad night I eat more. Insomnia is probably one of the main reasons I am so so big!

    This one I have proven. I was stuck and then GAINED about 80 pounds after a wonderful loss of 150 pounds when I first came to spark people. My sleep got messed up & that cause first the plateau and then the horrible gain. Now that I have been diagnosed with Sleep Apnea and was put on a CPAP, I have lost 50 of those gained pounds since Dec!!!! I am a happy camper and living proof that getting enough sleep really does matter!!!! Thanks for spreading the word Ima. emoticon
