Pizza burger?! YUMMY!

Well today was the last gym day before the rest day. And I took a picture.

This is me at 228 pounds. Tree trunk legs, lol. Anyway, will try to remember to take progress pix in the locker room every now and then, because I have no full length mirror at home.

Today at the gym was a fun and challenging one. It started with me walking into the gym and waiting to be signed in, because a hottie mc hottie pants was signing up for a gym membership. Now right now they have a special running where the sign up fee is only $1.02. He had the $1, but didn't have the two pennies. So me, being the awesome person that I am, told him that I would give him the two cents so that he didn't have to use his debit card. I felt pretty awesome after that, haha. Anywho, threw my stuff in a locker and then hopped on the treadmill. I was only planning to do 20 minutes, and then switch to another cardio machine. Ended up staying on it for 2.5 miles (40 minutes). I warmed up for 5 minutes, then jogged for SEVEN MINUTES STRAIGHT. I was having a hard time controlling my breathing today, but I kept jogging and forcing myself to try and breathe right. That was the first 12 minutes. The last 28 minutes were spent alternating between walking and jogging. I believe "wogging" is the term that another Sparkie uses.i spent a combined total of about 15 minutes jogging. Stretched, then hopped onto the hydro massage table. Wonderful, love that thing. After I got my stuff together and left, I realized that I was ravenously hungry. Thank goodness that I bring an after gym snack with me. I scarfed it down like that was the last thing I would ever eat. I never knew how hungry jogging makes you, WOW! Definitely will always carry a snack with me!

Last night at the grocery store, I found tomato basil pizza burgers by MorningStar. Had one for lunch.. My goodness it was gooooooooood. I also realized that I'm kind of a vegetarian. I never eat red meat, and I rarely even eat chicken. I eat mostly fish, and MorningStar "meats". Kind of cool. The only bad part of the day was when I got home and slammed the tip of my thumb in the car door. It's a bit bruised now, hurt like hell.

    going to look for the burgers and you should look at your legs as strengthing tools that hold yourself up in this world, that carry you every where you go, that support everything you pick up and carry. they are beautiful and strong.
    Just like you are.
    I woulda told the mc hottie he owed you a date, that is if your single lol. either way it cant hurt to flirt makes ya feel good :)

    Oooh those MorningStar pizza burgers sound awesome! Unfortunately my small town store seems to think vegetarians are opposed to taste. They only carry plain, or chick'n patties. I don't buy the chick'n because homemade chickpea cutlets are just as awesome. The Vegenomicon version is my new "meat" choice.
