YAY and not so YAY

YAY for loosing 500g... no idea how that worked out this week, yet I'm grateful for it... isn't it weird that sometimes you do all the right things and don't do the wrong things but the scales doesn't move (down that is) and then other times, like last week, things seem to be so chaotic... uhm, they actually WERE that chaotic, and still 500g less... I reckon it's true, don't tie your success to a little number on some silly scales... yet it IS nice if the silly number goes down.

Not so YAY for going over my calorie allowance yet again... even without meaning to... that's the disadvantage of not tracking during the day and only at night times.

YAY for not not eating any chocolates.

Not so YAY for wanting to stuff myself with chocolate because I got so upset with offspring.

YAY for compliments, people really start to notice.

Not so YAY for thinking badly about myself, focusing on my belly, which is still wobbly and has love handles instead of my legs, which are really nice.

YAY for nice legs.

YAY for going to a kid's birthday party and not eating ANYTHING!!!

YAY for staying in control.

YAY for more YAYs than not so YAYs!!!!!!
