March goals

Today I feel really proud of myself and my progress. I was thinking that I wouldn't lose much and then I get shocked because I lost 3 pounds. I actually got just below 240 (239.8) I don't think I have been below 240 since before my back surgery in 2010 ! And I definitely didn't feel this good and I wasn't exercising then! It just made my day! I walked faster today and walked 2.5 miles at 4.0! That was the fastest I have walked! Enough of that!

March Goals:
1) I have checked in everyday this week so far! And 2) was increasing my speed and I did that! 3) Well, this one has to wait until I finish the 5k my way program. 4) I have only done 3 days of strength training so far this week but tomorrow I will complete my 4th strength training for the week! 5) Bible verse is memorized! 6) I have made a great choice in my " tame your sweets" challenge. I ate applesauce in place of the Reese's cups that my husband brought home! And he ending up eating them all and got sick to his stomach! ha ha ha

So this week I did well in my march goals! I feel so excited and I am going to continue throughout the month!

Oh! I reminded my husband of the big goals he and I put together (rewards at points where I loose a good amount of weight) He didn't flinch, but I did see him gulp! He admitted that he didn't think I would lose the weight as well as I have. He thought it would be more like five or six months or more before I reached that goal. He is proud of me! I am starting to think about the length I want to get those nails done! ha ha ha (but I am thinking instead of nails done, maybe a fit bit instead!)

I will sleep well tonight!
