My goal for this week has been to eat a minimum of 5 freggies every day. I have really succeeded at this, and starting tomorrow I will be upping my minimum to 6 freggies every day. I will keep that to 2 fruits, and the remainder will be veggies. I only got in walks on 5 days this week. For next week, I will be making sure to get in a walk every single day. Also, I need to start writing down my water intake again, because I have let that slide a bit this week. All in all, I feel like I am improving a little bit each day.
