My dinner yesterday was chicken baked in italian herbs, spicy olive oil and a plash of red wine and the last 10 minutes of baking topped with sauteed mushrooms, onion, garlic, zucchini, squash, tomatoes and grated fresh parmesan cheese
Served with a side salad, it was soo good!
DH will have the leftovers with some pasta for his lunch today :)
I am still recovering from the small gain from my lunch out the other day, it being PMS time and the stress of this week aren't helping much. Tomorrow is DH's birthday and that probably means another meal out. I am going to relax about it and take stock on Monday.
