__DON'T FORGET TO HAVE FUN...Make your workouts enjoyable-interesting-change them up and you will never get bored..

Today start with the Harlem Shake.... emoticon

I'm enjoying the challege so far and I hope my weigh in tomorrow shows off my hard work, but I will accept it if the scale doesn't move because I've gained muscles and that means next week should be even better. emoticon
