Almost but not there

So I did not get in the 180's like I had hoped. I lost a 1/2 pound but still not there yet. So next weeks goal will be to lose 2 pounds and get to 188.

What I did right this week:
My workouts were varied and I burnt over 3200 calories this week in exercise so emoticon

What I did wrong:
I did alot of snacking on not so good stuff this week. My snacks where things like coconut cream eggs, ice cream, jelly beans, etc. When I had a snack it was not a healthy one.

What I am going to do next week:
1- Make sure I get in my water
2- continue to eat 5 fruits/veggies a day
3- Do not choose multiple unhealthy snacks a day
4- Stay in my Calorie Range at least 6 days this week
5- Continue to work out at least 40 minutes a day 6 days a week (though I normally average an hour or more)

    Wow! you really did burn the calories. The increased fitness always makes me want to eat more. I'm not consistent yet either. Your plan for next week looks great!

    Don't beat yourself up sister. We all have off days.
    I also love sweets and have to be very careful around them.
    My mom and I started liking the Dark chocolate.
    We have two bars broken up into small pieces in the freezer.
    We are allowed at least one a day or every other day.
    (Depending on whether or not we are in our range of calories).
    If you are trying not to eat sweets have you tried fruit?
    There are different ways to make fruits and veggies healthy.
    I like freezing grapes and eating them for snacks sometimes.
    Frozen grapes taste like natural pop sickles.
    Spark people also have good articles that tell you how to snack within your range and all . Hope that these things help you.

    I think it helps when you write down goals like that and keep them in your head and also post them so you feel that you hold yourself more accountable. I hope you have a good week next week you can do it!
