Friday's blog - Anything else you would like to share with your Team?

While I'm working on my body, I'm also working on my mind and soul/spirit/whatever you want to call it. So in addition to my daily sparking, I also read A Daily Dose of History, A Daily Dose of Knowledge, The Tao of Joy Every Day, and the Parent's Tao Te Ching (my favorite). Here is my tidbit for today from the Tao of Joy Every Day:

"This is the underlying mechanism of destiny. Fate is not something that happens to you. It is something you change by yourself. When you understand this principle, you feel powerful. Your life is something you can shape and mold as you see fit. How you change yourself depends on what you want in your life, and you have the ability to begin making the appropriate changes starting right now."
