Another week has gone by. I have been using a free app to track what I eat now that I finally got a smart phone. I really like doing it that way. I tracked every day and didn't miss anything. I like the scanning barcode feature. So cool.
Anyway, I lost a pound, so I'm pleased. I don't want to be counting calories forever, but it really helps me watch my portions and snacking and make the best choice I can. I'm also not going crazy low with the calories. I set it up just to lose 1/2 pound a week. when I have set it to lose more, I can never stay within the calorie range, and I end up failing. This way, I feel satisfied most days.
I ran a couple times this week, but nothing too crazy. I have had a sore throat for four days now. Today I plan to run 3 and tomorrow, 5. I also did my normal yoga class Monday.
