Hi Nancy, Thank you for your message earlier, great idea about the chair excercise, I will def. look into it. I do eat the filling foods (veggies, fiber etc) but do find that even if I stuff myself with those, I will go to bed hungry if I stick within my (quite generous) calorie range.
