Day 5 What can you improve upon

I think I said it in the previous blogs.
1. Take a shopping list & only buy what is on the list.
2. Track after each meal.
3. Measure all my snacks
4. I can't forget the most important one. Give myself a pep talk each day.

    As I was walking around the trail yesterday, only planning on doing 2 miles, that turned into 4.17, as I was on the last mile, I had to give myself a pep talk! I even turned on some motivating music to keep my mind focused on putting one foot in front on the other!

    I have to track BEFORE each meal and then make myself stick to it.
