Needing Moitvation or Advice--5%Challenge Day 6

I have the motivation but I can always use the advice of my fellow dawggies and other 5%ers. No matter how much we know, or think we know, we can always pick up additional tidbits of information. I appreicate the suggestions and encouragemet already given to me by my team members.
