Great Day

I had a REALLY good day! I didn't get as much sleep as I wanted last night but overall I felt pretty good today. Work was good, and the weather was nice so I was able to get outside at lunch time (okay, it was a bit on the chilly side, but the sun was shining). I fixed minestrone soup for dinner so that I can get some of those veggies in. After we ate I realized that I had forgotten to put the spinach in. I love spinach so I was a little disappointed about that, but I will cook it again soon and remember to put the spinach in.

I have also been looking at articles and videos on SparkPeople. I am just amazed at the amount of information and resources that are here! I could just sit here for days and read this stuff! This kind of information helps keep me motivated!

I need to make a grocery store trip this weekend so tonight I started planning our meals. That is a bit of a challenge since my husband is pretty picky but I think that by getting started with the menu early, I won't have to spend too much time thinking about it during the weekend.
