going well

well so far I have been eating healthy and changeing a few things. I ve noticed that when I make big changes to my daily regement that is when I tend to fail more. So I am going to start little by little until I can just do it out of habit. So I hope to lose my freshmen thirty soon. I cant belive I gain so much weight in college but crap happens.
