What a great day!

Well, today was my first day of exercising with my friend Cathy! Things went well : ). Did 30 minutes of walking at the dog park with her dog Narnia. It's a good start and I feel so much better after getting off my butt! The goal is to do walks three times a week and I am going to work in at least ten minutes of exercise a day to add to that. I'm really focused today and excited about making healthier lifstyle choices.. I did fudge a little and ate fast food absent mindedly forgetting that I used that for a goal on the diabetes challenge that I'm working towards. Crap! Oh well, things could be worse. I did well counting calories so far today and am just in a really optimistic mood and it feels great : ). I can do this.
