The evils of work.

Thursday, March 07, 2013

2 days in a row, someone brought in bagels to work and I was able to abstain. So incredibly tough! I adore bagels.

Today, the warehouse manager brought in a pizza from Costco as a thank you to our department for helping to fix his computer. I wanted to skip it, but it was a work thing and I felt obligated to participate as my department consists of me, my boss, and now, our intern.

To add insult to injury, I ate 3 pieces. Basically out of boredom.

I'm not going to say any more on the subject because it never happens. It was a one time deal. And I still have 300 calories to spend on dinner. But this means I will have to skip pizza at Trivia tonight. I can do it. I will do it. I'm also going to the gym straight after work.

This has been a rough week. I'm so excited for Saturday to get here, I can hardly contain myself. Luckily, I have a short day of work tomorrow. Can't wait for this week to be over.

Pizza is pretty much a deal breaker for me. Like, I don't eat bread really, except if it's pizza. I effing love pizza.

At least it wasn't mac&cheese pizza. That stuff... wow. Tasted great when I was pregnant, though! Thanks, pal for opening me to a new world... hahahah!!!

i keep healthy snacks at work. even if i see the vending machine i know i have better option in my desk. people dpnt bring in treats often but sometimes management makes a point to bring in fruit - apples bananas and oranges along with cake or cookies.

    Yay, you're back.

I LOVE PIZZA, besides ASIAN, it's my favorite meal to have.

I have a hard time saying no, too.

    Drink lots of water.

And don't feel down about it.

Like you said, a one time thing is nothing to get yourself down about. emoticon
