Healthy Habit: IMPROVE

The topic of today's blog is how to improve on your new healthy habit. I have three distinct ways I can improve.
1. The biggest thing I want to improve on is taking criticism on my dancing. Anyone who knows me in real life knows that I am not good at criticism. I would like to be able to take constructive criticism gracefully and to use it to my advantage
2. As for the habit itself, I need to work on making the time everyday, even if only for a song or two. This is how I will show the most improvement
3. In technique, I really need need to work on balance. Sometimes I will start an awesome move only to finish it by nearly falling I've over, not graceful!
