What can I approve on?

Wow, that is a loaded question!!!!!! There are so many things I can improve on but I will keep this related to my healthy habit. I guess what I need to improve on is giving others opinions and feelings more importance then mine. I need to stop letting other peoples moods dictate how I feel about myself. Letting these things happen usually means I start feeling bad about myself, which means I want to stuff down the bad feelings with food. I guess I can sun this up by saying ...... I simple need to love myself more.
