Awkward but good for my soul

Well as its Lent, we went and did ( what was a one time a commoner thing) to our church the diocese had a "confession day" (where the parish priest is supposed to hear confessions today and supposedly be available for a 12 hr window- I know I am not doing a good job of explaining it). Anyway its the one thing I really have mixed feelings about at times. Especially when you know the clean feeling ain't gonna last.
