What can you improve upon?
Well, everything. I can improve on everything and anyhting. I think this question was supposed to be about our new healthy habit, but I think it pertains to life in general. There is always room for improvement becasue none of us are perfect.

We choose daily what we will improve upon or what we will leave the same or ignore. I chose not to hula hoop today, because I was busy and did not take time to do it. That doesn't mean it's over and done with, because it's not, but for today, I chose to concentrate on work and other aspects of my life that neded attention.

I think we all make the best choices we can with the information we have at hand. Every day presents us with a new set of choices that can always be improvoed upon. But take life as it comes and improve upon the things you can or are willing to. In other words... Live.

    As I endeavor to make this the last time I lose large amounts of weight.... I am truly finding it out over and over and over that is ALL about the little daily choices we make......... they do all add up !!! sTress and LIfe happens and you just have to hang in there do the best you can and KEEP GOING !! good blog !

    Those who think they can't improve or think they have arrived at perfection really are stuck in a rut. There is ALWAYS room for improvement! I really like your blog! You're doing GREAT!!!
