day 9 done and day 10 in the making

Hi all im back as promised!! Yesterday was another yes another successful day. This morning I got my butt up and ran another 5.10 miler and got my 50 push ups in. Today is my 9th day in a row running and I didnt even realize it. I have no pain or sorness other than my arms and chest from doing my push ups but my legs feel great!! Every week I have added on another mile. Next week I will be running 6 milers. Im slowly working my way back up to 10 milers. The longest I have ever ran was 10.44 miles. Now I know I cant run 10 miles every morning before work but If I can just run one 10 miler a week I would be happy. I would love to do 6 miles 5 days a week and 1 day do a long 10 plus miler. Well I hope every one is having a rocking day and I will ttyt, keep on sparking!!
