Monday - What are you doing to encourage yourself and keep on track?
I have this challenge to motivate me, and I also have another challenge at work where I am motivated to earn points for my team. I'm also motivated to heal faster and feel better after my neck surgery.
Tuesday - How are you doing day by day?
Well, I can't do much yet. But I get up off the couch and move around as much as I can for now. In spite of the snow today, it should be 60 and sunny this weekend so I hope to be able to get in at least a short real walk.
Wednesday - What can you improve upon?
Nothing - I think I'm doing the best I can at the moment.
