5% Winter challenge: day by day :-)

This challenge is a learning experience for me , I didn't realize that the food fitness wellness program IS a lifestyle change!! emoticon
Fortunately I'm a little more ready to incorpate these changes more walking which is what I been working on for a while. The wellness part supporting a SP Friend who going through a tough time or looking to see what i can do something different that I can enjoy. emoticon

If you came to me 6 years ago that I would do SP I wouldn't neccary believe you because I wasn't ready for changes then ( you have show some visuals from the future to convince me)!

The blogging everyday is a bit tricky coming up with ideas for this challenge and the food journey is the hardest to change for me but working on small changes at a time. Sometimes sharing my disappointments or frustrations are hard to admit sometimes. emoticon

I LEARN a LOT from SP even though I'm not on the diet route , I use this for other reasons: to build a new connection of supportive people , find new interests I might enjoy, learn new topics on wellness and others things! Thank you to all of my Sparkfriends for helping me on this important journey in my life! emoticon emoticon emoticon

    emoticon Dolly! The first step to change is recognizing that sometimes needs changing, and you are doing it. Food is also the most difficult thing for me to change. In my case, I am pre-diabetic and it is hard to figure out how to do it cheaply. You are on the right path. emoticon Love, Chelsea

    The food part of the journey is the hardest part for me too. But I figure if we keep making small changes and do them regularly, eventually making healthy choices will become the default action.

    I completely understand about blogging. It's hard putting yourself out there. Especially when you're struggling.

    SP is great beacause we aren't doing it alone.

    As someone who IS trying to lose weight, I love the focus on healthy living rather than just weight loss, and the maintenance and support options I can't wait to use! It's great to hear that without trying to lose weight you're still getting so much out of this!!

    I hear ya, I have the same problem except mine is with food. Sugar is my demon. Love that you are getting creative with spark!

    One learns something new when we are open minded I find the SP has so much to offer other than weight loss issues. I enjoy reading the healthy articles on different topics.
