Plateau Buster Day 1

I am starting this program late in the evening but I really need something to get me over this plateau, my weight rather shift up than go down. At first I was doing to hard workouts 2 a day and I found my self getting really tired to the point i fell off track. My goal is to really stay on track these next four weeks and hopefully lose 5 to 10 pounds. To Start of I am going to work on my intake of water for the rest of the week 8 cups a day, small steps at a time

    Spark Coach helped me break my plateau! I was in one for 4 months and by following everything to a TEE I broke it. My thing was, I wasn't measuring properly...I was eyeballing my portions...not measuring had worked for me for so long but was actually halting all my progress!
