New Habit - Update

"How are you doing day by day?"

Well, that's really my challenge. It's not a matter of tracking my food for one day or every other day but EVERY day. So, up to this point (in 3 days), I'm doing really well. I think it's really helping to track my food the night before or in the morning to see where I'll be. Then, I can make adjustments. Although I almost always eat over, I noticed at one point that I when I tried to cut my calorie intake, I wasn't eating enough. Then, I would get extremely hungry all of a sudden and binge (on anything available). So, it's just good to see my progress before it even happens.
