So life has felt very non stop lately. Things are going at a good pace but I feel like I am getting focused again. I just need to have a great pace and eat well and exercise. I a, already back on a good track for exercise. But I am emotionally eating like crazy.. It is really crazy how much better it makes me feel. I just love a cheese and bean burrito make me feel all warm and happy. Also sugar hits my tongue and I feel a tickle like a laugh and I feel happy.. So I need to figure that out. Anyone else have these issues?
