I'm back... after some massive sickness!

Tuesday, March 05, 2013

So this weekend and beginning of the week has been a time of highs and lows!

Friday, I had my big school event. It went really well! I was pleased that things went well! I then ran off to meet the group for my tour consultant (guide) training. The evening ended up really great but I was up really late.

Saturday, we got moving early! I put in over 10 miles and lots of fitness minutes. But by then end of the late evening, I was beginning to feel a little icky.

Sunday, I got sick and headed home without finish some of the monument training. I slept pretty much all day. I drank some liquids and that was about it.

Monday, I had a personal day and spent most of it resting and playing some Wii games with my parents, who were in town. I got more sleep, but still felt icky.

Today, I took as a sick day. I am starting to feel better- but not 100% yet. Now we are looking into snow- and I am watching to see if we have a delay/ cancellation/ early release. We shall see....

Thanks to all the exercise and subsequent illness- I have lost 4 more lbs!!!! I can't believe it! Hopefully, it will stay off now that it is off and I am getting back to eating within my range.

Sorry you were so ill, but I'm glad the school event was a success and didn't happen during your sick time!

I'm glad you're feeling better. Now it looks like you'll probably have a few days off with the snow.
