4) How are you doing day by day?

I’m improving. That is why I love this challenge. It motivates me to do what I know I should be doing. My exercise minutes have increased. This week I am staying within my calorie range. Sat. & Sun. I went slightly over. I am weighing and measuring almost everything.

    Sounds like you are doing well with the challenge. Things are still a little too unsettled around here for me to start anything new. I'm still training the new person at work and trying to catch up on everything I got behind in. My husband is retiring at the end of the month and we're not sure what each day will bring. I don't think there will be too much that changes but we won't know until we get there. Both my grandsons have birthday in the next month and I've got to make them new western shirts. I know these are all excuses and if I really wanted to do the challenge I would just do it. I guess I'm just not ready for something new to do right now.
