Day 4 - Day by Day

Today's 5% challenge questions is "How are you doing day by day?"

So far I feel like I'm doing really well! I'm really pleased with my progress. I'm making a conscious effort to fit exercise into my day no matter what and I'm making sure that I choose healthy foods.
I actually was in EVERY range for my food tracking today, pretty much a first for me. I generally don't have a problem with the calories but I do have trouble getting my protein in. Today everything was perfect!

I had my boyfriend work out with me tonight...hilarious! For someone who's in good shape, he's a wuss! He couldn't do a full set of anything! And his form was terrible. If I'd fix his form so he was doing it correctly he'd say "ouch, that hurts!" then do 7 and give up. But he can still do pull ups and I can't even do a proper modified push-up, so I guess he's not too bad emoticon

I'm hoping and planning to keep this motivation and this streak up & be well on my way to smaller pants in no time!
