How are you doing day by day?

**Add strength training back into my workout
-So far, not great. I really miss exercise but I'm, you guessed it, still sick. I can't seem to get this cough to go away.

**Less sweets/candy/sugar
-Not bad. I did have a cookie today, but I planned for it and stayed within my calories. Yesterday I did great. I think the rest of the week should be fine. We had a meeting today and my boss had me order cookies and coffee.

I'm hoping to get back on track once this head cold is gone..... Come on Spring! emoticon
