Day 163 & Day 164 Catching Up

I forgot to blog last night. So playing catch up right now. Got all my workouts in yesterday and ate moderately healthy. Today was just as good as yesterday so far. Even got to catch up on some reading today, definitely some much needed me time. Here's the stuff I've done:

15 Sit ups
7 push ups
20 second plank
10 minute Leslie Sansone Just Walk DVD
5 minute Jillian Michaels Kickbox DVD
30 minutes 4% incline 3mph on my treadmill
15 minutes worth of dumbbell workouts (5pound weights)
60 minutes hanging drywall with my husband
Washed dishes and laundry lol

20 sit ups
10 push ups
25 second plank
15 minute Leslie Sansone Just Walk DVD
10 minutes 6% incline 3mph on treadmill
15 minutes 4% incline 3mph on treadmill
10 minutes shoveling snow
15 minutes of dumbbell workouts (5pound weights)

and still not done yet for today. Got lots more to do, including hanging more drywall. And hoping to hop on the treadmill again later today. Hope everyone is having a great start to their week.
