Journaling is Sooooooooo necessary

Tuesday, March 05, 2013

Welp!!! I lay here typing this message realizing that I need to tighten up some loose ends in order to have the transformation I"m looking for. Instead of focusing on the many things that need addressing all over the walls of my life, I'll concentrate (for a second) on dietary needs. I've been following a raw vegan eating habits for about two weeks and I feel pretty good. I've found however, that just because I change what I'm eating, doesn't necessarily change How I eat. For example, eating fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds is nothing short of fantastic....but making raw vegan almond joy......raw peanut butter cups.......raw this and raw that...isn't changing the behavior. Cutting corners is just not a great thing for me.....at least not at the moment. I NEED to journal my food intake for accountability, because if I don't I can STILL over do it on, nuts and oils and I'll overall cheat myself out of the momentum I'm gaining by eating this way. Well.....that's the ole' shot in the arm I needed to tighten up my life a little, and keep making necessary progress. :) Thanks for listening :)

Nuts and nut butters will fatten you up in a short time. Keep those things to a bare minimum for maximum results. At least you are blogging and taking responsibility for your actions. You alone control the health and appearance of your body.
