I need my cookies!!! A-h-h-h-h!

Actually I am doing pretty OK. I did not have a snack last night, just water, and seemed to survive. I usually take 3 or 4 for a morning snack but did not do that either. Our Model Shop has a popcorn maker and they make a batch every morning. They provide a small bag which is enough.

A lifestyle change is something that happens and continues to happen. I am not saying I will never eat another cookie, I am changing the times when i have one. If I spread the time out i can still have them but not as often.

A major lifestyle change is when we get married. We have to adapt and accept a partner changing whatever it takes to make it work. If we can't adapt and change the marriage will probably not continue.

After our church ceremony was over my new brother-in-law came up to us and said "That was the easy part, now the hard part begins". I have stayed away from cookies a few days, can I keep it up?

I have been blessed with a wonderful woman who I love dearly. We are very comfortable with each other. I love my blog "How to Dance in the Rain". I get choked up every time I read it. It is the kind of love I feel for my wife.

WTG Dave !! So proud of you with no cookies habit. But men oh~men !!... I am so weak on the smell of that buttery popcorn too !! Small bag is not bad at all. Be careful on the butter topping. (*^^*) your wife seems a lucky lady. Who has a hubby loves her dearly. Congrats. Keep a good work on making her( both of you ) happy. I've also learned changing life style to better way to suite for both of us When I got marry to my hubby.

    emoticon Dave!
Sounds like you have a great relationship with your wife. Tell yourself that you want to be around to love her as long as you can so a cookie now and then is okay, but having cookies all the time may take you away from her sooner than you would want!
    Stay strong you got this!

It takes 30 days to make a habit...just keep on doing what you are doing. Sounds like you are making progress.
