Day One .. success

Well .. day one on new eating/exercise plan and doing well so far ... like they say .. one day at a time ... I just hope I can keep this up instead of another failed attempt... Went to the gym .. did one hour and then ate to plan ...


I also hear that going gluten free will help with irritability which will make my family much happier!! I will keep posting if nothing else :) Keeps me honest :)
