Specific question #4 is: How are you doing day by day? This is in reference to the answer to question #1: What new habit you wish to develop?

The new habit is to choose slow food over fast food.

I am doing okay day by day. I bought baby carrots, celery, and Campari tomatoes to add to the lunches I take to work. Also, I packed a tangerine. I did go to a Chinese restaurant over the weekend, which I like because I can make the one meal last for several meals.
