Food Blog for 3-4-13

Yay to starting my food blog back!!! Day late but that's ok!! So here's what I ate yesterday:
Breakfast I brought back my protein shake
I ended up saving the banana for a snack later....
Lunch was strawberry chobani yogurt with Special K granola. I also had 1/2 of a grapefruit as well.
Dinner was yummy. Upside down pizza casserole. I've been promising the kids this for a while so I finally made it. I healthied it up a little using lean ground turkey and turkey pepperoni. Low fat mozzarella cheese and added in some veggies. Had a nice salad on the side as well.

Don't have my total calories yet as I have to enter in my dinner to figure out what was in it. Ill update that later today! :)
