Staying in the Race...Charting My Course

It's been a long time since I've log on to my page... But I must say, although I have not been tracking my progress the last 4 months I've hit the GYM faithfully and finding new ways to amp up my work outs... I complete a daily 10 K walk (31/2 miles on the treadmill) 5-6 days per week with 90 minute sessions everyday... Sometimes I join my company's employee exercise group with the " Rockin Body DVD" 2x a week in the evenings... Few people have noticed that I am shrinking (Uhhhh!) but I've only lost 3 pounds, I don't like weighing myself very much because of the feeling of discouragement... Yet, what keeps me motivated is the fact that my job to consistently meet my daily goals regardless of the slow progress at times..

So from this day forward I will be Staying in the Race and CHARTING My Course on my page as I continue to journey toward success... To be honest I gained more health benefits from my walking program such as mental clarity, I am more peaceful, energized and feel great!

I can't hardly WEIGHT (lol) for my size 8 body... That vision keeps me going like the energize bunny..

    I know it's hard to not lose pounds as you probably think you should with all the working out. I know first hand as I've had the same problem. I've changed things up as far as working out from just cardio, mixing and now cardio and strength training more. I'm also working on my foods...eventually this ole body is going to click and so will yours. I'm also focusing on consistency emoticon emoticon

    Ummmm, DALADYDENEESE (Ladies) I really don't know... at first I was doing the 30 MIN Circuit weight lifting and 30 min Cardiio.... WHICH I LOVED! I saw a difference in firming in the rear but no weight loss... I spoke with one of the trainers at the gym and he stated if I wanted to see weight loss vs firming just hit the cardio machines... So, that's what I've been doing consistently... I can tell my pant are to looser and I can wear a size (large in belts) where as I use to buy 2x... It guess, my body seems to be doing it's on thing lol....IDK...So last week I added HYDROXYCUT to my regimen as it aids in reduction of BMI...

    Any Suggestions?

    Have you considered that you may be just firming up and that is why people are noticing the body change? Have you measured yourself to find out?? How about clothing have they been fitting looser?? emoticon
