Week 2 - Day 3

What I am doing as encouragement.

Well, I just saw that my Fitband syncs with Spark. Now that was exciting. My food log syncs to my armband and my fitness syncs to my Spark log. Awesome.
The encouraging part is that I can see at instant whether I am keeping myself in line for he day.

Now, today was not great but I talked myslef into getting something done. I feel better about getting more done tomorrow.
