What am I doing to encourage myself and keep on track - with my new habit - low carbs?

I am weighing myself in the morning if I feel thin...and it has increased my motivation. I am buying lots of protein - whole roasted chicken, smoked turkey, fat free cheese, etc. So when I open my frig I see lots of choices...
