It was too cold to get out of bed this morning so I waited until I had to get up and get ready for work. Of course that meant no exercise. Thank goodness I had packed my lunch and had breakfast ready to pop in the microwave. I promised myself that I would come home and do the watp 1 mile walk. I didn't let myself down! I did the walk and then did 3 exercises with my resistance bands. Yeah me!

I think to stay motivated it works if I stay on-site keep in touch with my teams and friends and remember that I am doing this for me. If I don't do something I've only disappointed myself. I don't want to be my own biggest obstacle.
