Healthy Habit: ENCOURAGEMENT

The first thing I'm doing for encouragement is reading all the blogs of my fellow team mates! Everyone has such good ideas! I'm also trying to watch at least one video of someone doing fire fans everyday as motivation and imagining how awesome I will look performing after all of my hard work!

Learning some new moves will be motivation enough to continue practicing. My other friend that does it has shown great improvement in a few weeks and I know it's because she dedicates time to practice. I don't feel like I need more material motivation because I already have weekly and end result rewards set up for the challenge.

Speaking of those rewards, what work out music does everyone use? I need to download a few new songs for my reward for last week's success!

    I think the Spark Daily Blogs have some great ideas on workout music by decade so you might check into those.

    When I workout I like louder and harder beats. I like stuff like Deadmau5 (called dub step) I just zone out and lose myself and work up a good sweat!
